Return Policy

We believe in our deodorant and we proudly use it daily without exception! Our deodorant has been tested by several focus groups. We hope you are pleased with it. If not, send an email to: service@thehouseofvelda.com describing your dissatisfaction or you may call us at 919-673-6529 If you are seeking a refund. If you are seeking a refund, you MUST receive an authorization code. Please DO NOT return items without an approved authorization code. We must receive phone or email confirmation that you would like to return the product within 3 days after your product has arrived. Once you receive your authorization number; you have 7 days to return the product. When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during the shipment. It is normal for the package or box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 919-673-6529 or send an email to service@thehouseofvelda.com. We cannot accept returns on any open products. However, if you have purchased more than one item, we will gladly accept all unopened packages. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post. We are sorry, return shipping fees are
